Grab your most comfortable shoes and join our real estate agents for National Take a Walk in the Park Day on March 30! The fresh air, the cool breeze and the sounds of sweet serenity — the RVA is full of fantastic green spaces that will put you in touch with nature.

With so many great parks around the Richmond area, you may be wondering where you should take a celebratory stroll on March 30. Fear not! The Napier ERA team loves any opportunity to soak up some sunshine. We've created this list of our six favorite parks around town that we know are perfect for a relaxing Spring walk.

  1. Chimborazo Park & Playground – 3201 E. Broad St., Richmond, VA 23223
If you're looking for a park that has it all, Chimborazo Park & Playground has something for families and furry friends alike. Central Virginia Meet Santa
Here at Napier ERA, our real estate agents love all the excitement of the holiday season. The hustle and bustle of the holidays are worth it to see the looks of joy on children's faces. It's the season to dream big, and that means none other than Santa Claus makes an appearance!

No matter whether you're visiting Richmond to look at homes or you've already set down roots here, you're sure to find some real Christmas excitement in Virginia. Towns, museums, and malls will have cheerful holiday displays headlined by "the big guy" himself.

Let's look at five local favorites:

  1. Sensitive Santa Sensory-Friendly Visit - Children's Museum of Richmond - 626 W Broad St., Richmond
The Richmond Children's Museum is offering a visit with Old St. Nick through its Sensitive Santa program. It's a calm, quiet experience for kids who sometimes find things overwhelming. Visitors will have access to Children's Museum Downtown exhibits and the Genworth Holiday Village, too – hey, who knew that the North Pole was so close to Richmond homes for sale?
