My wife and I recently decided that we wanted to move and so we went to a couple of open houses. Jon does this amazing thing where he offers gift cards to a random winner for everyone that comes to one of his open houses. I signed up and happened to win a Starbucks gift card. So started an amazing journey that I completed with Jon. I immediately liked Jon. He is professional but someone that is laid back and really good company. I told Jon what I was looking for and he immediately started sending me houses I may like. We went to a couple viewings. What I love about Jon is that he is honest. I have dealt with some realtors where they say "well what do you like about the house?" after they just stood in the room at the front. Jon walks with you. He points things out. He gives opinions on what is great/not great about the house. Jon is on your team. You don't want a realtor that isn't truly on your team. Jon almost immediately found us our dream home. On top of that, he helped us sell our current house. With this suggestions and ideas, we obtained 15 offers within a 4 day period. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Honestly you shouldn't be looking at anyone else besides Jon. Not only did I find the perfect realtor, I gained a friend. That is the type of person Jon is.
