Hey, I’m Jonathan—a real estate agent serving the Richmond metro area and your go-to guy whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or just trying to figure out where to even start.
I’m a Chesterfield County resident now, but I grew up in Hopewell and spent a lot of time all over the Tri-Cities and lived in Richmond City for many years. Long story short—I know this area well, and I know how to help people navigate it.
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (Go Rams!) with a degree in History back in 2009. Before real estate, I spent 13 years working in the criminal justice field, which means I’m no stranger to high-pressure situations, problem-solving, and working with all kinds of personalities. That experience carries over more than you’d think—because real estate can get interesting sometimes.
I got into real estate because I genuinely enjoy helping people, and there’s nothing better than guiding someone through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. I work with first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, investors, and everything in between—including land and commercial deals. Whether you’re in a starter home, forever home, or somewhere in the middle, I’m here for it.
I’m also a husband and a dad of three, so I understand real life—busy schedules, big decisions, and making moves that actually make sense for your family.
At the end of the day, I’m not here to give you a sales pitch. I’m here to give you straight answers, solid guidance, and make the process as smooth (and maybe even a little fun) as possible.
If you’re thinking about making a move, let’s talk.
